Hi,

My name is Dimitar and I love meeting new people and exploring different cultures. So I participate in post crossing to learn something about YOU. I have no special requirements about cards, images, envelopes and so on - the value of exchanging postcards to me lies in the contact with another human being. Anything you wish to send me, which you think describes your personality, is welcome. It doesn’t even need to be a standard card; a letter, poem, drawing, are just as fine. But if you can share with me - in any way that you want - what gives meaning to YOUR life and what makes you happy, I will be more than satisfied.

A few words about myself. I grew up in Bulgaria. I love the outdoors, the mountains and forests, the sea, the night sky (stargazing). At present I live in the UK where I work on my doctorate degree. I like reading, traveling, learning languages (now Russian), philosophy, astronomy, meditation, yoga.

If I am to list my favourite movies probably “Mr Nobody”, “The Truman Show” and “Walking Life” would appear somewhere top in the rankings. The books I like reading are also along those lines. My favourite authors are both Bulgarian – Atanas Dalchev (poet) and Nikolay Haytov (novelist).
