I am a preschool teacher in Batavia, IL. I am so lucky to be one of those rare people that truly loves their job. Postcrossing has become a big part of our classroom's daily routine. We love hearing about who you are, and what you do. You could tell us what you do in your job or your spare time. Postcards of any kind are fantastic, anything you think a 4 and 5 year old child would like is a good choice. We have recently discovered Rudolf Koivu, a wonderful children's book illustrator,Mainzer cats, and Molly Brett postcard.
If you love making cards we would love to receive them. Handmade cards are a treasure.
My classroom has it's own forum page. IF you would like to write to a student directly please contact me.
We would love your help with this project. It has been reopened for our 2019 2020 school year.
I also enjoy receiving postcards just for myself, especially if you are finding me from a forum. I love to know what you are doing, how you spend your days, or how you found postcrossing. I found postcrossing when I was trying to find pen pals for my class and I am so glad I did.
Also I am not a supporter of our current president, but if you are I respect that. I would love to hear your reasons for your support. I am merely trying to see other's points of view.
I love all postcards, including vintage, black and white, funny, sweet, cute, handmade, drawings or whatever you would like to share with me.
PS To U.S. Postcrossers - Please join the campaign to request the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Postcrossing stamp! Spread the word by adding this info to your profile and by sending a postcard (or write a letter) to:
