microbiologist/immunhematologist......i shake test tubes and watch bacteria grow for my living. when i'm not doing "something scientific" i am resident coffee-shop philosopher, theologian, and crank at the local coffee and tea houses. i sometimes wear a cape.....it frightens the neighbors when i do. i learned to knit because it was supposed to help me stop smoking. i can now smoke and knit at the same time. i also garden and am a member of my local gun club's shooting team.

i have no preferences for what anyone sends as long as it is "interesting, neat, or pretty."

i used to worry about expired postcards and would send additional postcards 3 or 4 times usually to no avail.....i don't worry so much, now. bad luck is just bad luck.

i register EVERY postcard i receive and i hope to do it in a timely manner.
