Hi! My name is Chasity. I joined postcrossing because I thought it would be fun to receive mail from around the world allowing me to see and learn about places I will never be able to travel. I really enjoy collecting all the postcards. I first signed up for postcrossing as a family project one summer thinking this would be a great way to teach my two children about geography and other cultures. They both still like to see my cards, and my daughter now has her own account as well. In addition to spending time with my family, I like travelling, crocheting, and reading, and I am beginning to learn to play the ukulele. I also like cats. We have two adult cats and a naughty but lovable kitten.

*If you live in a country that celebrates Lunar New Year and have a card or stamps for this, I would like that very much.* I like to receive postcards with scenes of your country, cities, landmarks, traditional costumes, or other things that will teach me about your country; crafts or hand crafted items, especially something special to your country; illustrations of children's book characters in your country; cupcakes or pretty desserts from your country; or a postcard that is something you would like to receive yourself. However, I will like all postcards and appreciate that you took the time to send it. I also like holiday cards for different holidays or birthday cards in March. I would enjoy hearing anything you would like to share about your country or culture or anything about yourself. You don't need to put the postcard in an envelope; I like them written and stamped! Please write the date on the card. :)
