About Carol...

My home is in Bristol, Connecticut. One of my hobbies is traveling. Some of the countries I have visited are: Argentina, Austria2c, Bermuda,3x, British Virgin Island, Canada,3x, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Dubai, Egypt, France. 4x, Germany, 4x, Hungary, Italy, 4x, Jordan, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, 2x, Norway, Oman, Poland, 3x, Portugal, 3x, Spain, 4x, Slovenia, Switzerland, 3x, St. Martin, Sweden, Wales. Post cards from anywhere in the world are most welcome. Postcards remind me where I have been and where I still want to visit. It is especially nice to receive cards that tell me something about where you live, and about yourself and your family, your everday life, or about places to visit in your country.

I also enjoy reading especially mystery novels and some of my favorite authors are Sue Grafton, P.D. James, John Sandford, Martha Grimes, J.A. Jance. Jo Nesbo, and so many others. Tell me about your favorite authors. I have been able to discover where two of my grandparents villages are in Poland and the other two grandparents "roots" are very elusive.

I like any kind of card, but particularly like map cards, Moomins, historical places, castles, royals, recipes cards, anything is nice, but please do not enclose the card in an envelope and try not to send multiple views.

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS: CAUTION: The United Postal Service places bar codes at the bottom of postcards when cards are received in a regional routing location. These bar codes route the cards to the local post office. Please avoid writing the identifying POSTCROSSING code there. It is very difficult to read the country code and number through the bar code. Place the identifying code either at the top of the card or on the side. Thanks.
