Greetings from Oklahoma!

My name is Avery, and I'm returning to Postcrossing after a bit of a hiatus. I'm looking forward to starting up my postcard collection again!

I live in Oklahoma now, but grew up in Texas. I studied English Literature in college, and now work for a book store. I'm in my thirties, married, and have lots of pets including dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, axolotls, lizards, and snakes. I enjoy reading, especially horror and general fiction. In the past couple of years I started playing harp, which I could not live without at this point. I play video games as well, my favorites being World of Warcraft, Fallout 4, and the Sims. I occasionally like a good tabletop RPG, too. General pop culture likes include Stranger Things, Gravity Falls, and Harry Potter.

I'm happy to receive all postcards! Feel free to send anything you like, whether it's something from your country or something that you love. If you're not sure what to pick, I always like animals, instruments (especially harps!), books, games, pop culture, something in your language, and anything cute, weird, creepy, or quirky.
