My name is Shirley Jones and I live in San Antonio TX. I have lived in many places: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Florida, Alaska, Massachusetts, California. Also in Placentia & St. John's, Nfld & Goose Bay, Labrador in Canada and in Neu Ulm, Germany.

I love traveling and meeting people, making new friends.
My hobbies include oil painting,
beachcombing, sewing, cooking and writing. I love water in its natural habitat--lakes, rivers, oceans, seas, beaches, shorelines, waterfalls, etc. and I also love lighthouses. My birthday is February 2 (Groundhog Day). Are you my birthday twin?

I am a member of Northwest Church of Christ in San Antonio and am engaged in many activities there.

I like all kinds of postcards, and I love unique cards and handmade cards or cards with a personal touch. I also enjoy cards showing something about your part of the world. However,
I am much more interested in the sender than in the card itself.
