About Barbara...

Hi! My name is Barbara and I'm 38 years old. I am from Gijon, a coastal city in the North of Spain. I'm married and I have a son born in the WPD. I really like this kind of things!

I'm interested in tourism, so you could explain to me the reasons why I should visit your city or your country. Sure it will be fantastic!
(Planning trips to: Albania, Japan, Baltic countries, Minsk, Stockholm, Thailand. Information is always welcome).
Special thanks to German people. You always send the best freak postcards. And when I travel to your country, I feel so comfortable.
Also I'm interested in strange things about yourself.
For example, I'm ambidextrous and I have omfalofobia (belly button phobia). :D

I like art, music (metal music) and freak themes.
I love zombies (films and books) and B movies (I have a tattoo of the Army of Darkness).

My postcard preferences:
-Zombies. (I have already 2 zombie postcards from the Awesome collection).
-Insects.
-Nautilus and strange sea criatures. (I didn't think it was possible to send me postcards with this animal. Thank you Ren from Japan for sending me such a beautiful postcard of Higuchi Yuko. A butterflie-cat hugging a nautilus).
-Funny or strange things.
-Advertising postcards in your native language. (Free postcards included).
-Black cats. (I rescued one and he is soooo cute)
-Star Trek. (Hey! Live long and prosper!)
-Food/drink. (I love drink beer, especially belgian beers)
-Flowers. (Draw or real).
-Something freak!
-Art in general (graffitis, paintings, sculptures...)
-Cartoons.
-Something surprising.
-Your city/country. (Single view or multiview. Both are OK).
-Whatever you want. Sure you have good taste. ;)
-Pick a random card and comment the first idea do you think.

Hand made postcards are VERY welcome, but no glitter, please.
I don't collect stamps, I prefer that you write me things about yourself.

(Direct swap with you or your friends are welcome)(Not online for direct swap between June and September. I'm very busy, sorry).
I have a postcard storage system that I love, but it takes me a lot of time. I take a photo of them to upload to Postcrossing, I usually give it a heart (because you send me fantastic postcards), then I place them on a paper support with a hole in the back so I can see both sides and I put that in a plastic sleeve to preserve them. I only have summer to do this whole process, so don't be scared if I give your postcard a heart half a year after receiving it.

I want to say THANK YOU to all the people. At those days time is a precious gift.

Thanks a lot. Have a nice day and happy postcrossing!
