Hello!

I am a 45 year old female originally from Alabama, but now I live in Illinois near Chicago. I am a married mother of 2 with 2 grandchildren and 2 wonderful miniture schauzers. I have been married 25 years.

I enjoy walking, reading, listening to music, and this wonderful activity of postcrossing. I like to garden, but the weather here is only good for a few months a year. I travel frequently and have all kinds of postcards.

I appreciate any postcards from your country so I can see it as you do. If the card is from the US, then something spectacular about your home.

My particular favorites are:
Historic structures, buildings, schools, museums, etc
Famous city sites
Flowers of any kind
Waterfalls and lakes
Artwork (from children or famous historical people)
Anything with old advertisements, but I prefer no modern ad cards
Famous historical people from your country
Strange animals from your country
Local cuisine or recipe cards
Trains of every culture and age (my father worked for the railroad)
Black and white photography
Anything old to include the cards
