Hi there! I recently shut off my account for about a year and a half. Things got a little crazy in life and I couldn't keep up with writing.

A bit about me: I am a pharmacist and I moved from my home state of Florida 8 years ago to attend school and i never looked back. I love this state I live in! I have a rescue dog and he's the best thing in my life. We love to hike together. I enjoy hiking and exploring new trails, it's gets me out, gets exercise, and I get to see the world. Besides hiking and my dog, I love wine. I love visiting vineyards and drinking wine with my friends. I'd love to eventually visit every winery/vineyard in North Carolina too!

Tell me about yourself, or an interesting fact about where you live! Write something in your language (and translate it for me!).That's okay if you don't have anything that matches up to the things I like. Surprise me! You can even send me a card that you hate/can't get rid of. Just tell me why that is! (please nothing inappropriate). I never understand why people put a list of things they do not want. This is for fun!!! I just ask you put the date and temperature :)

Another reason I joined is because I love the idea of writing letters. Our world is so wrapped up in technology now, that writing to each other or having a snail-mail pen pal barely exists!

I register the card within a few days of receiving it (and send them usually within a day or so). I work long shifts and don't always make time to stop at the mailbox after work! The cards I send will always have the date I sent them on, however.
