About Angulique...

Let's see... I'm a crazy and fun pirate and nerd from Las Vegas! I am a gamer (PC, mainly), book & comic book lover and writer, Redditor, and so much more. I'm a happy housewitch and my favourite band is Nine Inch Nails, with the second favourite being Flogging Molly, followed by Spencer Bell (www.spencerbellmemorial.com). I love to cook and I especially love baking! I have a cooking show on YouTube called "How the F**k to Cook" :D

I collect all kinds of postcards, and I especially love funny and cute ones! I'm trying to cover the walls of my house with as many postcards as possible.

I love cards from different cities and countries, (especially ones that show landmarks or unique/interesting things), animals (especially cats, big and small!), architecture (esp. older structures, castles, houses, etc), views of beaches/oceans, ocean/sea life, jellyfish, ships, anything piratey, funny cards, cartoons, cards related to books, maps (esp. old ones), music, erotic and fetish images and art (esp. smoking pictures), soda and related ads (NO PEPSI), goth and punk art and images, show flyers, spooky stuff (esp. bats and spiders), Halloween, witches, Harry Potter, Firefly, Flapjack, movies and movie posters, pulp and old horror movie art/posters/book covers, occult imagery, Pagan-centric (including crazy propaganda), tarot, palmistry, divinatory arts, and so many more things that I can't even think of them all. Basically send me a card of something that you like or that you think is beautiful or interesting or cute or fun or funny that you would like to share with someone else :)

Ad cards are welcome, especially unique or interesting ones! I know a lot of people don't like them, but I think it's really neat to see how products, even ones we are so familiar with here in the United States, are portrayed or presented in other countries.

Be sure and tell me something about yourself or something related to the image on the card! Half the fun of getting postcards is reading what the sender has to say! Don't know what to put? Write a recipe on the back! Or share some words in your language or a language that you speak (especially swear words, hehe)! I love learning new languages :D

Also, I prefer postcards that are not sent in envelopes! I enjoy seeing how worn they get during travel, and having the postmarks and whatnot on them!
