I live in Seattle, Washington in the United States. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and took classes in Japanese. I like to explore new places and keep learning new things. I currently work as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
I have 4 cats: one white and peach-colored tabby cat (Momotaro), one long-haired black tabby with white paws and face markings (Bast), and two brown and black tabbies one female (Artemis) and one male (Apollo). I'm considering getting a pet snake, and I love foxes!
I'm very geeky and love video games and fiction/fantasy books. I hope to learn and understand all kinds of cultures and languages.
I speak English natively and have a goal of learning to fluency 5 additional languages: Spanish, ASL (American Sign Language), Japanese, German, and Uyghur. These give me a sampling of Romance/latin-based, non-verbal, Asian-Japonic (with a smattering of kanji/Chinese character understanding), Germanic, and Turkic language families.
