I am a stamp collector born in 1966 and I live in Barcelona, Spain. I think the possiblity to share postcards and thoughts with people all around the world is funny and amazing.
I send postcards with nice commemorative stamps, and I hope I will receive too postcards with commemorative stamps, the two collecting hobbies can match very well one another.
I am also a science fiction writer for hobby (my nom de plume is Alexander Foxx), but I write only in Spanish. Anyway, sometimes I can surprise you with a flash fiction text.
And, of course, science fiction reader and viewer (only TV series)
I prefer not homemade postcards. Themes? What you want, your city, tourism, churches and cathedrals are my favourites. I see the postcards as a small artwork piece charged with history and human feelings. But gastronomy and wine or beer postcards work equally well!
