I am an educator in Washington State, at an progressive elementary school. Teachers at our school are trying to expand our world view, and set an example for our students about the global power of connection and empathy. I look forward to hearing about anything you might want to share. I am especially interested in stories or memories of your own schooling as a child growing up in your country. I am also curious about current educational issues or experiences you might want to share.

I live in Seattle, with my two teenage sons and husband. We have two dogs, three chickens, and an urban garden where we grow lots of vegetables in the summer. I love to hike, run, and play soccer.
