About Amanda...
I love and enjoy all types of art and literature, and I look to the brighter side of things in life. Originally from New York, my family and I recently moved down to the deep south -- quite a culture shock but so far I've been loving it! Of course, though, I do miss the beautiful beaches back on Long Island, NY, and the cooler weather. I typically spend my free time reading books and writing. I'm currently working on writing my first novel! I am a holistic Nutritionist and love to learn all about new foods.
