Hello, everyone. I live in Scotland, a beautiful small nation.

I am retired from my job as depute head teacher of a primary school. My husband and I have been married since 1971. We have a married daughter who has an 11 year old son and a baby girl, almost 2. My son is also married and he has a boy of 11 and an 8 year old daughter. They fill up our time and give us much joy.

My football (soccer) team is my passion - my husband and I support Falkirk and rarely miss any games they play, even although they are not very good just now. When we are on holiday we try to take in a football game then too.

I love visiting new places and finding about their customs. I am not one to lie on a beach; I like exploring the area.

My hobbies are reading, doing puzzles and jigsaws and crafting. I knit, crochet, sew, make quilts and make greetings cards. Oh, and I like to cook and bake. I am not good at cleaning up afterwards, lol.
