My name is Laura and I am in my late 30's. I married my high school sweetheart and we have been together for 20+ years now with two teenage boys. I work out of my house as an independent contractor, so I get to enjoy my days with my own schedule doing whatever I like, as long as I get my work done.

We are both animal lovers and have owned many different kinds of pets throughout the years but we have always had dogs. We've raised Siberian Huskies for years. I have also always loved wildlife and nature. My favorite animal is the wolf. For years I collected anything to do with wolves.

I love photography but don't really know what I'm doing yet. Still working on it. Love watching dancing shows, theater, musicals or anything to do with the arts. Also love learning about different cultures and cooking.

I'm also a writer. I currently review books on my blog and I'm in the process of writing my own stuff. I love to read as well, naturally. I will read nearly anything that has a romantic element to it. I also love the young adult stuff, historical fiction, steampunk, suspense and horror genres.

I would love to eventually be able to travel more. At this time, I have never been out of the U.S. - hope to change that someday! We love going to the beach in the summer, as well as the mountains. I love both.
