Hello Everybody,
My name is Veronika and I live in the Czech Republic, in its Capital – Praha (Prague in English). Prague is beautiful historical city in the heart of Europe and I think if you ever have opportunity to visit Prague, don´t hesitate and come, you won´t regret. Prague is one of the most gorgeous places in the world and I think that it misses only sandy beaches and sea to be a hundred percent perfect.
I have finished 1-year course of sewing recently, so I spend my free time by sewing clothes (so far just for myself). But I have other hobbies as well – for example snowboarding (there are only small mountains in the Czech Republic, where there is snow only from December till March), long walks in the nature, cottage in Jizerske Mountains, good meals, music (reggae, jungle, drum and bass…) and of course I also love to spend time with my friends (not only by drinking beer in pub :). I go to the National Theatre to see the ballet performance “Nutcracker – Christmas Story” (by Pyotr Ilyich Tchajkovskij) at Christmas time every year. It is an excellent performance; I love it although it is a story for children. But what is worse: my boyfriend always falls asleep when watching a ballet :).
I have a cat at home, she is my darling, but that shouldn´t make you think that I want to receive postcards only with cats. I will be happy if you send me a picture of your favorite place or with some interesting place in your country that you think is worthy introducing to the others. If you are going to write something interesting about the place on the postcard, it will be an extra bonus for me. The best of all would be a postcard with ballet theme. As anybody who has become addicted to postcrossing I will be grateful for any postcard you send.
