Hey. My name is Alena. I am 30 years old. I am an engineer.

I live in the cultural capital of Russia Saint-Petersburg. My family consists of a husband, a small son (3 years old) and a big cat whose name is Pryanik (Gingerbread).

I like to listen to music, singing, walk around the city, play volleyball, squash and badminton, read books, walk in the rain, look at stars. I really love watching fireworks. I like to do calligraphy. I work as a design engineer.
My favorite holiday is New Year and Christmas; at this time I bake gingerbread and make orange jam.
I would like to travel more.

I would like if you tell something about you, what you like or dislike, what you like to do in your free time, your hobby. Tell me how your day was, or what interesting event happened to you recently. You can tell what interesting book you read recently or you can recommend one of your favorite books. Or maybe you were impressed by some movie, you can recommend it to me. I love to cook, so you can share your favorite recipe.

On Fridays, my husband and I like to cook a delicious dinner with wine. Italian wines are currently our favorite, especially Nero d'Avola. And every November, my friends and I get together to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau (Le Beaujolais est arrivé!) and drink young French wine. If you know an interesting wine, can you recommend it?

And I like stamps - I would be very glad if you put as many of them as you can! If you stick interesting stamps with movie characters (Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney) or just a special stamp, I will jump for joy like a child.

The only thing I don't like is multicards.
