I’m blessed to live near to the Sea and love to hear the seagulls calling out, the sound of fog horns when the sea mist rolls in 💙, the passing of the seasons, the different colours and smells, seasonal foods and the changes in Nature. All of this makes life special to me.
I am a creative person and love trying different seasonal crafts, at the moment I’m working on patchwork and crochet.
I like different music for different moods, but particularly 70's\80's Rock, and Dance anthems. And enjoy watching local bands. I like watching banger racing and speedway.
I enjoy reading (there is always a pile of books waiting for me :), my garden is my haven, I spend many hours on my swinging seat happily reading with my dog and cat beside me.
I’m a big fan of women's history, and love learning about women of interest from other countries I might never have known about before . I like folk art, customs and traditions, how people celebrate and foods they eat .

I'm a bit of a film geek... 😎 Love films. Nothing better than a Sunday afternoon, snuggled under a cosy blanket and watching a good film ...!
I collect all sorts of things - maybe a bit of an eclectic magpie 🤔☺️
I love Inge Löök and her art work! I love discovering a postcard on the door mat - it’s like a surprise gift 💝. I also like handmade cards , decorated cards and love washi tape and stickers .

GB postcrossers… My dream is to one day buy a camper van!! …and would love postcards of wonderful local places of interest, history or folklore that you think I should visit some day. Really looking forward to seeing them all!
