Hi! My name is Leo!

I am 12 years old and a very special little boy. I was born facing many challenges, in spite of which I am growing up to be a very happy and loving boy who is always smiling and laughing.

I am unable to speak, read, write, eat normally etc, so my Mummy and Daddy have enrolled me in postcrossing as a visual and physical way for me to learn all about our amazing planet and all the wonderful people (just like YOU!) & animals I share it with, as I DO love looking at pictures!

I am very lucky to go to a fantastic special school for children just like me and my class is very small. There are only 5 of us and 5 teachers so we get one on one care which is brilliant and I am learning lots! I am also learning sign language and to communicate through my I-pad. I LOVE school very much!

I am very excited to receive any cards you are kind enough to send me. In envelopes, greetings cards, home made, ad cards are ALL welcome. Whatever you send has taken your very valuable time & money to write and post so I am grateful for all. Each one is like a small gift and a piece of you.

I am not like most other children in that I like the normal childhood things and I am very young for my age, but I do love my doggy, "Meggie" a black & white Border Collie Sheep Dog, very, very much! She is my best and only friend.

I LOVE Thomas the tank Engine (my Daddy is a train driver!) Fireman Sam, Peppa Pig and Ben and Holly's little kingdom. My favourite characters from that are the wise old elf, Mr gnome and Mrs Witch!

ALL of Jim Henson's creations ESPECIALLY Kermit the frog (see my avatar!) as Kermit is my nickname!& Elmo! Disney's "Cars" especially Lightening McQueen and my favourite Mater! I have also been obsessed with noisy play a sound books virtually since birth and I love music! I ADORE BRIDGES!!!!!! & Dinosaurs too! I particularly like Triceratops, Stegosaurus and of course T-Rex!

OH! and I have recently become OBSESSED with Spongebob Squarepants! So any cards with him or his fishy friends or of Bikini Bottom would be absolutely AMAZING! Are there such cards????

There are only two types of card that I would very much prefer you did NOT send me, and that is 1. cards from zoos, theme parks with animals, such as seaworld or Animal Kingdom. Anywhere where earth's beautiful creatures are held in human captivity or birds in cages. and 2. Cards associated with hunting wild animals or taxidermy. Please save these types of cards for others who will appreciate them

One last thing, I am also partially sighted so large single images are easier for me to see but if you don't have that type of card that's no problem, as I said before I am VERY grateful for anything!
