We are a Middle School, Social Studies-Civics class. Middle School in Florida is 6th-8th grade (11-14yrs old), we are in 7th grade. In Civics we learn about citizenship, forms of Government, founding documents(Declaration of Independence & Constitution), beginning of our country, voting, our rights, law, economics, global issues.

What do you/students (7th graders) learn about where you live? Do they learn the same stuff where you live? Do students learn more than your own language in school. Do you have a Pledge of Allegiance or oath that students say each day? Do you sing the national anthem? Do most people know the words? What brings people together in your country?

We would like to know what kids our age (11-13) do where you live? What is school like? What do they study? How do they get to school? How do they dress? What do they do for fun? Who and what is popular (movies, TV, social media)? What kind of music is popular? Tell us anything you can about young people in your hometown/country.
