About Tamiza...

Hello, my name is Tamiza Tudor and I live and study in London. I am quite interested in languages and read French and German so please write to me in these languages or in your mother tongue!

POSTCARD IDEAS:

Please send me one of the below types of postcard:

- arty/ art-related postcards
- postcards with nice photography (in any form) - black and white is nice too
- castles and historical buildings
-iconic film stars/attractive film posters from your country (Audrey Hepburn, Catherine Deneuve etc) - film/foreign film poster postcards
-romantic/romance (in any form)
-erotica/lesbian
-mythical creatures

- NOT TO SEND: standard touristy postcard unless I have never received a postcard from your country. (Standard samey countryside landscape postcards aren't my thing either.)

MESSAGE IDEAS:

Part of my joy of postcrossing is the beautiful messages on the back of the postcard - it is worth to me as much of the front of the postcard.

Write about facts about your area or life or your language.

Here are some ideas:
- an idiomatic phrase/ saying
- basic phrases that would be useful to know to communicate in your country
- funny phrases
- information about your alphabet if yours is different from the Latin alphabet
- information about sounds in your language that don't exist in English/one of the languages I speak

This could be in a language you know or are learning. If you are a native French, German or Italian speaker please write SOLELY in that language and use complicated language (for French and German especially) to test me!! With Russian I will need an translation in another language I can speak!

Oh by the way I am a stamp collector and so if you could add stamps with interesting pictures or commemorations to your postcards that would fantastic!

Thank you so much for your postcard!
