2023 has been a crazy year for me! I got married at the end of January, moved over 700 miles away to Upstate New York, and started my first job post-undergrad as an academic advisor at a local college. I also have a dog and cat whom I love so much, even when they want to kill each other.

In my free time, I love to be outdoors as much as possible, swimming, hiking, and exploring new sights. When the weather doesn’t allow for that, I love to cozy up with a good book; a book is the best way to escape reality in my opinion. I also love to spend time serving at church, assisting with our Kids Ministry and going wherever God calls me. I have a passion for all the arts, but there is a special place in my heart for theatre and dance. I also hope that one day, I can travel all around the globe to experience cultures and go on many adventures of all shapes and sizes.

One of my favorite ways to connect with others is finding out a motto or a quote that they live by, so I would love to read about yours and what it means to you. The few that I live by are:
