Postcrossing is the perfect pastime for a pandemic. Social distancing, vicarious travel and small acts of kindness.

In the past I traveled a lot for business, now we travel a lot for pleasure locally because of the pandemic. Life is good.

After many wonderful years living in Southern California we've moved to Phoenix, Arizona. My wife (44 plus years of happy marriage) and I live in a beautiful condominium with a super view. I am a very lucky man.

I'm still hiking and l have done some amazing hikes in great places around the world. I’m happy to report that on May 19, 2018 I was able to complete the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike in a day. I am a man of leisure. I used to say I was retired but I'm still busy in a leisurely way. I have two grown daughters who are my greatest treasures.
