I am the parent of two teenagers and three cats. Before I had children, I worked as a Physical Anthropologist in the American Southwest, studying human remains from prehistoric archaeological sites.

Some of my favorite things: reading, knitting, walks, playing the piano, concerts, playing Nintendo games with my kids, mountains, singing, movies, the desert, and chocolate. I love classic literature, manga, poetry, and Marvel comics.

I am a writer when I can find the time, mostly flash fiction and poetry. I publish under the pen-name Ann Walters.

The older I get, the more I am determined to connect with the people and the world around me. Exchanging postcards seems like a great way to do that! I am happy to receive any kind of postcard and message, with or without envelope.
