Hi, there. My name is Ryan. I work as a copy editor for an advertising agency outside Detroit. I also do freelance work. I love writing. It's my true passion.

I'd love to receive postcards showing me what your corner of the world looks like. I adore:

-unique or unusual postcards revealing something about where you live
-food
-maps
-interesting geography
-history
-vintage/old postcards
-culture: music, art (preferably, not contemporary)
-**as a birdwatcher, I'd love to see photos of birds native to your country**
-landscape photos
-gardens
-museums
-architecture/places of interest/famous sites in your town (things like fountains, squares, libraries, markets, etc.)
-cafes

As far as what to write, you can of course provide me with a brief explanation of the image on your card. Or, tell me something about yourself, something odd, perhaps a secret. I love strangers! Especially strange ones.

Postage stamps: I know they can be expensive, so no pressure at all to include extra postage. But if you feel so inclined, I'd love to see stamps from your country. I also enjoy notations of date/time and weather conditions when you wrote the postcard.
