Ramachandra

I am Ramachandra. I live in MYSORE City with my wife. Both of us are senior citizens and aged more than 75 years. We are retired teachers. I retired as principal.
I am a philatelist and a keen stamp collector. I have participated in various philately exhibitions and won prizes.
Writing is another hobby of mine. I translate stories from English to Kannada. I also write humor essays.
I have penfriends in Germany and I have been corresponding with them since 1950.
Mysore City is known as "Garden City". It is also called Retired Persons Paradise. It is an educational center. There are Palaces, gardens, temples, Botanical gardens (Zoo), Art gallery, and so many places of tourist interest.
I like any post card of your choice. If possible affix a beautiful postage stamp / commemorative stamp. If the card is sent in an envelop and some used postage stamps are enclosed, it will be highly appreciated.
MYSORE IS RENAMED AS MYSURU. In fact, it is the old name of the city.
