Hi, I have always loved collecting post cards. stamps, among other things. I had my first Pen Pal when I was a young girl and would get beautiful postcards from Japan which I still have.

Every country or city that I travel to, I always try to purchase postcards!

I love meeting new people and people from all over the world! I have been to many other countries. But think this to be a fun and wonderful way to build my collection of postcards, but also to meet wonderful people from different countries.

The main mode of communication use to be that people would write letters to each other. It is becoming a lost art. So this is a wonderful way to communicate with people, to make others happy by sending them something in the mail and to also receive something beautiful from others.

I live in a very beautiful part of the United States in the very deep south! I love decorating and making my home beautiful and it is called the Fleur De Lise House. We have many friends who travel to the United State from different countries who stay in our home.

I am a collector at heart and love collecting many things, post cards, stamps, tins, match boxes, and blue and white dishes and accessories, things having to do with the Royals, retro collectibles, hens and chickens and the list goes on. I love gardening, traveling, music, singing, dancing, art, museums, beautiful gardens, growing flowers, going to historical places, making altered books, altered match boxes and anything artsy, making gifts for my family and friends antique/thrift stores, painting, drawing, pen and ink.

I am an artist and an author.I go Line Dancing every week with my Mother. And we dance to the Cajun French music called Zydeco Music. My Mother is 83 and loves doing Postcrossing! My husband and I own a Book Publishing Company. And I simply like surrounding myself with beautiful things including beautiful post cards and stamps!
