I am 80 years old and have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. I have retired from work and have lived by myself since my partner died. I have had cancer twice and survived, once with surgery and once with chemo. I like most non-pop music, ballet, culture like visiting art galleries and museums, eating out.

I was born in Switzerland a very long time ago. I enjoyed travelling but my illness makes travel insurance difficult

I am very happy to get cards about these interests and would also like to get cards of the town or city where people live. I am also very interested in postcards showing any national or local costumes of the country, or area within a country, where you live. In UK we have no national costume (except jeans, trainers and hooded tops!)

I spent many years as a military fighter/bomber pilot and instructor and still have an interest in aviation matters
