I live in Skyline, Minnesota, USA. I love to travel and have seen most of the USA, and have been to Canada, England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria. I am married and have two grown children, Nicole and Thomas. My ninety-eight-year-old Mother lives with us. My daughter and I are both graphic designers and have started a business together. My son and I both love to write and we just finished our first novel. Exciting! My hobbies are painting, scrapbooking, card-making and writing.
The city I live in is very small, only about 297 people and we are on the top of a hill. We are surrounded by a bigger city - Mankato. I am the city clerk. It's amazing how much craziness there can be even in a city this small!
I love to meet people and teach. I was a Girl Scout volunteer for 19 years, a Boy Scout volunteer for six years, taught Great Books at Roosevelt Elementary School for 3 years, and managed our local food shelf for almost 10 years.
I love chocolate! And dogs. I collect frogs (not real ones). I also love history and would absolutely love any kind of postcard (with the exception of scantily-clad people). Please tell me about your life. I love to learn about other countries and states. I think that's enough about me now. : )
