Hi there!

My name is Mrs Boynton and I teach English to a small group of 13 and 14 year olds at Thomas Ferens Academy in Hull. There are currently 4 students in the group and they are all female and from Hull.

Our aim is to improve our written English, and we try to do that in the most fun ways we can find.

We are interested to hear all details about life overseas, especially every-day details. For example:

* foods you like, traditional and non traditional
* your daily routine
* your family life
* what your school was / is like
* celebrations and festivals
* how you travel
* what your house is like
* what music you listen to
* what hobbies you have
* what television programmes you like to watch
* what clothes are fashionable

* recipes would also be a great idea, as we can then make the food in class and write about it

Also we are very interested to know what it's like to live in your country.

We would be very grateful to receive all postcards and have no preferences or dislikes. We are challenging ourselves to see how many miles/kms our words can travel!
