I am a 47 year old professional living in in the United States.
I audit medical records for a living.

I have 3 dogs, a Papillon named Asuka, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel name Rika, a Cocker Spaniel names Kira and one cat named Starry.

I like to watch foreign films with English subtitles.

I like to learn about different countries and their cultures. It fascinates me.

I like to crochet afghans. It helps me relax after a long day at work. I make afghans as gifts. I started a company with my friend Maxine. It is called Blankets Around the World. We are not registered yet, but plan to be in the next few months. What our organization does is collect blankets and then redistribute them to those in need. We give them to the homeless, homeless shelters, batter women shelters, shelters for children, local police and fire stations, churches, and any other individuals and organizations that need gently used, new, crocheted or knitted blankets for adults and children.

I am also involved in the local animal shelter called Kitten Krazy. I help with fundraising activities for the shelter.

I also follow another group called Fugees Family. I love this organization. Please check them out when you have time.

As a sideline job, I sell Pampered Chef products. When I get my commission checks, I give the money to Kitten Krazy and Fugees Family. I love both causes and I feel that they are great causes.

I used to live in Japan. I loved living there. Unfortunately, when the tsunami hit Japan, I decided to leave. When I relocated back to the states, I moved closer to my parents. I am glad I did. I get to spend more time with them. We do things together, going out to dinner, go to the movies, and play card games. One of these years we will plan a vacation together. For now, I just enjoy the time I do get to spend with them.

I do have 2 children. They are adults now, one is 27 and the other is 23. My daughter lives in Connecticut with her boyfriend. They live in a nice house. he is a school teacher and she has a degree in computer science. My son lives in Texas with his dad and stepmom. Right now he has 2 part time jobs and is doing well.

I am not picky about the postcards that are sent to me. I just want to know more about you and where you are from.
