Hello!
My name is Mia and I am currently studying a Masters degree at university focusing on Museum Studies and how we construct the past. This means I do a lot of work learning about different cultures, which is something I've always loved doing. It's funny how there are so many people who all have individual experiences, but when we start talking it is easy to find similarites. Of course, studying it at university is very different from actually talking to people, so Postcrossing seems like the perfect way to hear real experiences from people around the world :)

I love reading (another way to find out about how other people live) and always have a book on me - even when I'm going to the cinema! Luckily living in Belgium, the Netherlands and England means I have had plenty of real experiences, rather than being stuck in my books, and now I've found a good balance of real life and reading.

I also enjoy going out for long walks with my mini sausage dog who seemingly has the energy of a husky. We live in a beautiful town with lots of green fields all around so she has plently of places to run and explore- although she often gets tired and needs someone to carry her (and have a sneaky cuddle).
