Howdy!

I am Chinese, but born and raised in Chicago. My extended family lives in the Philippines and Xiamen, China.

I'm currently studying for my clinical psychology board exam and raising a cute toddler. I love to travel and take photos. I also love to study languages, cook, and knit.

I enjoy hearing from all kinds of people. I love to learn about any language so if you want to share a favorite idiom, slang word, or phrase, I would be happy to learn it!

I would prefer not to get ad cards, unless they are funny, beautiful, or clever. Humor in all languages and cultures is a wonderful thing.
