I have been retired for 11 years now from my job in our local school district, having worked there for 30 years. I have been active in rescuing and fostering retired racing greyhounds and finding loving permanent homes for them. I have two children and one grandchild. I am a true-blue Cubs fan!
I also love horses, reading (Stephen King, Dean Koontz), springtime, all different kinds of food, and visiting with my 14-year-old granddaughter.
I enjoy receiving postcards of all different kinds. I would be thrilled if you could write "Hi" or "Hello" in your native tongue. I am always eager to learn a few words in another's language. Hope to hear from you soon!
