I am a 48 y/o young lady (aren’t we all in our minds). I used to live in a small farming community about an hour west of Chicago, called Big Rock, IL on a 30 acre wooded wonderland with a lake and several wetland areas. In the past year I have spent more time at my home in Naples, FL where I work from home and enjoy the beach, sun, friends and of course when company comes!
I have 2 grown children ~ 2 boys - 22 & 25, 1 dog a German Shepard (Satchamo) he is an outdoor pup in Illinois that has luxury accommodations with heat in the winter, continuous food and water, a lake to swim in, a waterfall to chase frogs in and 30 acres of woods to roam in! I recently added a little Goldendoodle named Bee to my Florida life. She has been a great addition to my quiet home, full of sass!

I enjoy family time, old bottle finding/collecting in dumps and privies - and of course shops... shopping, food adventures, gardening, traveling, outdoors, friend time, music, date nights, boating, shelling, watching College football (Go Hawkeyes!) and NFL football, meeting new people, snuggling up with a good book or movie/show, I watch a LOT of hockey! My boys both played! I love the ocean, animals, adventures, clocks, old keys and exploring different cities around Florida. Favorite animal - otter! I would love to have one in my pool! lol....

I have traveled to: California, Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Texas, Minnesota, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Virginia, N. Carolina, Mexico, Dominican Republic, St. Maarten, Bahamas, London, Prague, Vienna, Dubrovnik, Budapest, Naples, Rome, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Paris, Reims, Killarney and Edinburgh.

I love to write and send and receive letters/postcards -- any type of snail mail! I am interested in swaps as well.
