Mai-Ruva

Hi there!
I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland, famous for singers, musicians, writers, poets, sportspeople ... Van Morrison and CS Lewis were both born here and if you love football, you might know that George Best is from here too.

It's a pretty compact city but there's plenty packed in. I love the way the food and cafe scene is expanding and enjoy brunch and a coffee at the weekend. The arts venues offer a great variety of shows and entertainment and you'll always find live music happening somewhere in the city. The people here are generally really friendly and good 'craic' (Irish for fun :) despite what you might have heard about our political troubles.

I live with my wee family just outside the city centre and we like to make the most of the nearby parks and river path ... we love cycling. I'm into arts and crafts and like to give interior design a go too. I usually love watching films though lately with a little baby to look after there's been less time for that!
