I have 2 adult children, 2 papillion dogs(mixed breed, but mostly paps) part time job in a grocery store, and a husband that i have been married to the past 26 years. My husband is in the auto industry, as an mechanical engineer, and has been gainfully employed since college. I live 30 miles north of Detroit, and enjoy going to the city even with it problems for special events. We have major league football and baseball in downtown. And the Detroit Institute of arts.

My hobbies are many. I love art journaling and teach a class on this. I was a very advent gardener, until the deer decided to take over and eat all my good plants. I love food, art, gardening, labyriths, mandallas, travling. I live in an area that is very diverse, lots of neighbors from Germany, India, a big Med-East community, and i enjoy the food that comes with that.

I have lived in Michigan all my life, and know the state very well. The Great Lakes are Great. All that fresh water, with big ships on them. Lots of shipwreck stories. But nice to go swimming without all the salt.

The city i live in, the singer Madonna grew up in, and my sons went to the high school she went to. Some of her family still lives around her.
