Hello! My name is Luís, but my friends call me Lu. I'm 28 years old and I'm originally from Lisbon, Portugal. I live in London, UK.

I'd like to receive postcards related to the places where you live or traditional stuff from your country/city :) Amaze me, if possible! I love different traditions and cultures. These are a few things that I like:

- Writers/Composers
- Sharks
- Traditional Costumes and Clothing
- Monuments (UNESCO, landmarks, city skylines, etc)
- Traditional things from your city/country, this can be food or clothing, for example.
- Vintage cards
- Photography: Robert Doisneau, Nan Goldin & Elliot Erwitt are my favorites

If you don't know what to write, just tell me about yourself, about where you live, about your day, or maybe a typical saying/expression/proverb from your country.

People from THE NETHERLANDS, I get a lot of postcards from your country, so please surprise me! Send me something original... I have enough tulips, clogs, mills, cheese and bikes already. I know you can do this :)

People from FINLAND: please do NOT send tacky cards... You have a beautiful country, can you send something beautiful and related to the place where you live? I'm not that picky, but I got really awful things from Finland, like blurry flowers, water drops and even homemade collages of children in saunas...

PLEASE, please, NO free, NO handmade, NO Christmas/Holidays or ad postcards! And try NOT TO send Multiview cards, I have a lot of them... Living in London, I have access to a lot of different cards, so I always try to pick one that is right for the person I'm sending it to. If you could please do the same, I'd be very thankful.

About DIRECT SWAPS: I get a lot of requests for London postcards. Please understand that I can't accept all of them, but I try my best to achieve so. If I don't reply, don't be offended, sometimes I take sometime to get back to you (or I can't accept a swap at that particular moment). Thank you for understanding!
