Hi, my name is Lori.I grew up in Sarasota, Florida and now live in the Boston area of Massachusetts. i love the cold but miss the sunshine.

i have a true passion for all things snail mail. I love to get a real card/letter with real handwriting and a real stamp attached. Email has taken over this art of communication;that makes me sad. Any postcard would be so appreciated and im always looking for a direct swap new penpal. I speak English and a moderate amount of french, you can write in either of the two. Other things i love are: Music (all types w/ the strict exception of: "smooth" jazz, Christmas music and calypso). Black and White Photography; Biology, Physics, Science, etc; Psychology; Philosophy; Really cool writing utensils, my favorite being Sharpie Markers; Coffee; Nature; Controversial things; Really remarkable advertisements; Reading; Humor, especially if unintentional; Neuroscience and anything involving the brain and how it works; animals; and i get a huge kick out of anything obscure, bizarre, controversial and/or inappropriate. =)
