About Sarah...
I live in a small town in the mountains in the Northwest corner of Massachusetts, U.S.A., just below Vermont and just east of New York State. Although our area is, statistically, "small" it possesses a college (Williams), an art museum (The Clark Art Institute), and a contemporary art museum (Mass MoCA) that's housed in an old factory.
Art cards are welcome: ancient, folk, modern, contemporary, local, primitive, Renaissance, abstract -- or a handmade card by you! Something that you've made yourself will have a special place in my collection.
"Art" can be drawing, painting, architecture, music, cartoons, fashion, ceramics, sculpture, dance, textiles, photography, you name it.
Other favorites: something funny, or with elephants, flowers, dogs, or Fiat 128 cars (which are also Russian Lada cars). I'd especially love to receive cards with babies or babies with their mothers: I have a new grandchild.
Please write the date and, if you wish, add something about what you're reading, or listening to, or watching, or what you eat for breakfast.
Many thanks!
I register every postcard the day it arrives, so please let me know if what you've sent seems to be "stuck" somewhere along the way.
