I am many things:

A LOVER OF BOOKS - I'm never far from a book (yea Kindle!), and can often be found escaping into fantastical worlds. Urban Fantasy & PNR/SFR are my genres of choice, but that doesn't mean I can't be found reading a Fantasy or Romance either.

A GEEK - I never realized how much of a geek I was until I started introducing my boys to the world of Superheros and Doctor Who. Lately we have been having a lot of fun exploring the world of anime and manga.

A MONKEY WRANGLER - trying to keep 2 boys entertained can often be interesting. Thankfully I love exploring and finding new adventures to take my boys on, and it turns out they love checking out the unknown as well.

WANNA BE GYPSY - I love to travel, but life doesn't always give me time to do so. At home or abroad, there are so many places I want to go! I have no problem being in the middle of a big city or out in the middle of nowhere. There are days where I love being around people; and others when I just want to be left alone (generally to read *grin*).

I love learning about, and seeing, other cultures. I would love to receive postcards that show off (or display) local areas, customs, art, architecture, etc or anything that is unique. Please no commercial or ad postcards. No postcards in envelopes please.

As part of a social studies project with my kids, I'm mapping where I get postcards from, so I would be happy if you could include your city name!
