Hello, my name is Linda.
I live in a small city about an hour from Chicago. I am in University studying biology and anthropology. I love travelling, animals, linguistics, the outdoors, and learning/experiencing other cultures. In my spare time I do volunteer work at a wild animal rescue and rehabilitation centre. I hope to one day work with wild or exotic animals. I have lived in three countries so far (Canada, Hungary, and USA) and I try to travel as much as possible.

Any type of postcard is welcome :) Although I suppose I enjoy the following especially:

* nature or animals are my favourite (especially pigs, marine mammals, and big cats)
* dramatic artistic type photography that captures beauty in breathtaking ways
* beautiful architecture or photos that display local culture.
* photos showing historical scenes, events, traditions, places
* I also LOVE pigs!! If you see a pig postcard, i would love it! Or if you can draw me a pig or have a pig sticker, I would be very happy :)
* I love huskies too :)
* I didn't realise Harry Potter postcards existed, but I would love to get one.
* Antarctica would be phenomenal

On the postcards I'd love for you to tell me about yourself (and/or write things in your language), your city or country, your hobbies, the most beautiful places you've visited, or anything really.
Recipes of local cuisine would also be great! I love trying food of different cultures and I love trying to cook new recipes!
Also, if you know of a good place to volunteer with wild animals in your country, please tell me the name of it, I am always looking for new places to go.
If there is also a place in your country that you think is amazing and that travellers should definitely see, tell me about that as well.
