Hello!
I am very new to swapping postcards so I am not really picky (I am also not really perfect). I am a science teacher and love all things space and oceanic. I am looking to collect any and all kinds of postcards but I would love to learn something about your country and culture (language if room too) if possible. I have not traveled the world yet but I hope to one day! I am also a huge fan of art and books (I am trying to build a children's book collection for our children if you want to recommend a favorite from your childhood that would rock!).

~sky (day or night)
~Characters (real or animated)
~art (surreal, steampunk, impressionist, modern - especially Calder and Kadinsky -, Art Nouveau, Arts & Crafts)

~abandoned buildings
~Maps
~Vintage location names (or new)
~Places I should visit
~animals (have dogs and love puffins, penguins, and dodos)

Handmade cards are also welcome (just be sure they won't get too beat-up in the mail). Ad/free cards are not my thing but if you think I will find it interesting, please send it on. I do prefer store bought cards written on by you (or handmade and written on by you). Again I don't want to take the fun out of this, just giving ideas.
