Hi,

I'm Lou and I live with my family in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales.
Wales is famous as the land of song and Rugby :)
I work as an Occupational Therapist with older people with mental health problems, mostly Dementia, in their homes to enable independent living.

When I'm not working, I like to spend time in the garden and enjoy getting out to the West Wales coast walking in the fresh air or to the seaside.

I'm interested in lots of music and I love dancing and singing my own made up songs much to the eyebrow raising of those who have to listen.
I am interested in Politics and read the news and listen to the radio regularly.

I like Art, arts and crafts and Architecture and I'm currently taking night classes to learn Italian. I am happiest when I am engaged in an art project, when the house is a mess and all is good.

It would be great to hear a little bit about you and to receive postcards from the area that you live or images which reflect your culture/lifestyle.

I love black and white cards and photography.
I would also enjoy homemade cards;
cartoons, graffiti,
birds and wildlife;
FOOD! (I am a keen Cook)
or Odd things, Wild things and Things that make you smile.
Anything really, these are just ideas.
It'll be interesting to see what comes. A recent Postcrosser suggested I wrote 8 - 10 random facts. It was a lot of fun to write so if you are not sure what to say, try this! I will be delighted.
