I am a retired woman living in flat central Illinois. I live near Illinois State University and...lots of corn and soy fields. I am originally from the southern, semi-tropical and much larger city, Atlanta, Georgia. I have also lived out west in the beautiful San Francisco East Bay Area, which I miss. I am a letter writer, I love fountain pens and the many inks with their various properties that are available now. I enjoy working with polymer clay, reading, journaling, and singing. I like a good latté, teas, ice cream (maybe too much), soups and stews, and most foods that smell good that aren't too spicy. I love animals of all kinds. I currently have a dog and cat. In the past, I've had parrots, ferrets, and a salt water aquarium. I like making new friends with people who are warm, kind and friendly.

*Animals (both wild, domestic, silly or cute, anything)
*Pictures that show me something about your daily life/culture
*Pictures of fountain pens (not going to see a lot of those, I know)
