Hello, my name is Joanne and I was born in 1970.
I am married to Christopher and we have 3 children, Bob, Lexie and Posie.

I live in a small Market town in rural North Yorkshire which is about 40 miles from the sea and 14 miles from the city of York in England.

I love animals, especially dogs which are my passion. At the moment I have a Standard Poodle called Arlo who is 2 years old and a Scottish Deerhound called Rupert who is still a puppy. I also have goldfish and 2 Axolotles, which are proving to be very interesting and unusual pets.

I love books, theatre, (especially musicals both old and new) cinema, food, coffee, colourful retro and vintage things, birds, wildlife, nature, rural living, waterfalls, country houses, London and I adore Scotland.

I would be interested in any kind of postcards. Cities, views, buildings, countryside, animals, people - anything you like!
I dont think Religious or Advertising cards would be my favourites though but you never know!
Please don't post the card in an envelope if at all possible as I would like to see the postmark on the card and the stamp of course too!

I may not upload the received postcards immediately but I will as soon as I can.

One of my pastimes is looking through the postcard galleries on Postcrossing and that is why I have so many favourites!
