I am bi-lingual in Afrikaans and English, but can also understand a little Dutch, and less German. I'm currently learning Klingon. I love learning phrases from all the different languages across the world.
I love animals, am a fantasy writer and make teddy bears (stuffed and from clay). I like to paint (and of course write!).
I am married and we share a house with three cats and a dog.
I like to be surprised on a postcard - whether you write a quote, or tell me that you broke a dish while washing, or draw a stick figure... whatever! As long as it's not inappropriate, I like it.
