About Keshia...

Hi, my name is Keshia. I'm 31 years old, an English Professor, and I live in Missouri, USA (though I was born and raised in Alabama). I'm an avid reader and writer and also dabble in crafting: embroidery, knitting, quilting, watercolor painting, and various papercrafts. I'm also ridiculously sentimental when it comes to snail mail and have saved basically every note, letter, card, or postcard that has ever been sent my way. I've been on Postcrossing for nearly a decade now and I'm looking forward to how I might grow my collection over the next ten years!

I'm happy to receive most postcards, but here are some themes I really adore:

- Homemade Postcards (these are so intimate and wonderful!)
- Studio Ghibli (Howl's Moving Castle is my favorite)
- Solar System / Space / Astrology
- Peter Pan themed cards
- Books / Literature / Writing
- Craft themed cards (embroidery, sewing, knitting, quilting, etc...)
- Watercolors (or really any type of "painted" art)
- Flowers and general floral themes
- Landscapes (especially a fan of mountain and waterfall views)
- Glitter and/or holographic cards (if it sparkles I will love it infinitely)
- Vincent Van Gogh
- Claude Monet
- Georgia O'Keefe
- Recipe Cards
- Vintage / Antique / Historic
- Museum Cards (History & Art)
- Halloween themes (send these to me all year, not just in October)
- Creepy, Weird, Whimsical, and other unique cards

I'm not a huge fan of "Greetings From" cards, touristic or multi-view cards, skyline views, or general animal photography. But feel free to send me whatever cards you have on hand and think will fit me best.

Please clearly write the date on your postcard, as well as your name and location. Tell me something about yourself, a fun fact about your area, and any other thoughts you're willing to share.

I also prefer that you send your postcards by themselves (i.e. do not put it in an envelope). However, I do have a small but growing stamp collection. If you'd like to send you card in an envelope so that you could also send along some loose stamps, I'd appreciate it so much. Otherwise, please just send the card by itself.

Happy Postcrossing!
